Refund & Exchange Policy

At Ray of Beauty Skincare, your satisfaction matters to us. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once an order has been placed and shipped, it cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We offer product exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of product delivery

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Exchanges are limited to products of equal or lesser value

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges

To request an exchange, please email info@rayofbeautyskincare.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The product you’d like to exchange

  • The reason for the exchange

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Opened or used skincare or tea products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Digital products

Due to safety and hygiene regulations, opened products cannot be accepted or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Approved claims will be eligible for a replacement only.

Shipping

  • All shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Ray of Beauty Skincare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
